We are seeking an Outside SalesRepresentative to support a leading healthcare / health servicescompany in La Quinta or Riverside CA.
This is an onsite role and relocation assistance isapproved on a casebycase basis by thecompany.
Job Summary :
The Outreach Specialist withenjoy spending time in the field independently generating leads andenrollments.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Coordinateand initiate outreach and engagement activities in the communitieswhere seniors live to ensure consistent achievement of monthlyreferral home visit and enrollmentgoals.
- Identifyopportunities to collaborate with community organizations togenerate qualified leads that reflect our mission and valueproposition and turn them intoenrollments.
- Establishand maintain bestinclass relationships with community leaders andpartners including physicians hospital discharge planners postacutefacilities and other potential referral sources within the servicearea.
- Developand implement monthly marketing plan to achieve monthly enrollmentgoals with Marketing Outreach and Enrollment (MOE)Director.
- Provideeducation regarding the companys services to referral sources inthecommunity
- Demonstrateindepth knowledge of all relevant components of MOEplaybook
Requirements
Education :
- HS diplomaor equivalent(required)
- BSdegree in Marketing or Healthcare Administration(preferred)
Required :
- At least 2years of experience in a successful Sales and Marketingrole.
- 1year of experience in a Healthcare or Senior Caresetting.
- DHCStraining and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days ofhire.
- Validstate driver s license with a clean DMVrecord
- Bilingual(English / Spanish)
Preferred :
Outsidesalesexperience.

The anticipated base pay rangefor this position is $55000 to $65000. This range may be modifiedin the future and actual compensation may vary from posting basedon geographic location work experience education and / or skilllevel.
