In this role, you'll have the chance to advocate vigorously for your clients, striving to secure the most substantial settlements and verdicts in cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), catastrophic injuries, and major orthopedic issues.

Responsibilities :

• Engage in depositions and attend various hearings.
• Draft and meticulously prepare pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Formulate effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining cost-efficiency.
• Present compelling arguments and represent clients in personal injury cases.

Qualifications :

• Must hold an active and in-good-standing license with the California State Bar.
• Possess a minimum of one year of specialized experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong aptitude for critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and public speaking.
• Proficient in negotiation, research, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrates sound judgment in navigating complex situations.
• Adaptable and maintains meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to reliably commute to Los Angeles, CA
