Responsibilities - Responsible for driving long-term e-commerce business development on TikTok by leveraging the power of recommendation and personalization.
- Set clear product roadmap by analyzing and identifying business problems / opportunities. Define product key milestones and manage product development cycles.
- Collaborate with other xFN teams to build and iterate our strategies and products.
Minimum Qualifications- Currently pursuing a full time MBA or related discipline - BA / BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with machine learning / recommendation systems is a plus.- 3+ years of experience in recommendation / ad delivery / search products;
- experience in e-commerce platform recommendation / e-commerce ad delivery products is preferred; Preferred Qualifications : - Strong cross-team / culture collaboration ability and excellent communication skills;
