We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to join our Company. You would be responsible for creating plans for manufacturing project implementation and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards throughout the process.

Sheet metal or electrical manufacturing would be ideal, we would consider a person with a commercial or high-end construction project management background.

Job duties are to oversee the development of project documentation, including scope statements, scheduling, cost estimation, and budgets.

Must understand and have experience estimating and forecasting the cost of completing a project by monitoring the budget throughout the project to identify areas where costs could overrun and adjust as needed.

Excellent written and verbal communication is necessary for this position to create and maintain positive client and team relationships to ensure ongoing cooperation throughout the project and future projects and to work with vendors, engineers, and management on the manufacturing floor.

Any Electrical background would be a BIG plus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and management leadership for successfully implementing projects.
• Oversees projects are aligned with the organization's overall strategic goals and objectives.
• Monitors and reports financial transactions, execution of project plans, and performance.
• Selects and manages the training of project team members, assigns clear roles and responsibilities, provides effective supervision, and manages performance.
• Ensures projects deliver specific results and meet quality expectations.
• Creates and manages project budgets.
• Regularly updates clients, stakeholders, and executives with reports, progress, and performance of projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risk to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Follow all regulations related to the project and ensure they’re in compliance.
• Guides individual project managers across the portfolio of projects.
