What You’ll Do
- Qualify inbound leads from the website, social media, phone, email etc.
- Research prospective leads, sourcing new sales by identifying key players and performing outbound calls and follow-up emails
- Route larger qualified opportunities to field Sales Representatives for further development and closure
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers
- Manage the full-cycle sales process on small and simple projects, that can be closed quickly with no involvement of field Sales Representatives, including advisement on product selection, solution designs, creating quotes, and obtaining orders
- Collaborate with field Sales Representatives on opportunities generated in the field to close the sale from the office
This position is a hybrid role based in our US Headquarters in Austin, TX.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years working in sales, inside sales, outside sales, or business development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- CRM experience preferred
- Enthusiastic, customer-service mindset both with internal team members and external customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience finding solutions by understanding customer needs and requirements
- Works well in a team environment with a sense of urgency and emphasis on efficiency
- Has a passion for problem-solving with customers and thrives on the success of winning a project
