Responsibilities :

  • HR Programmatic Support & Coaching : Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the Customer Support organization.
  • Trusted Advisor : Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and individual team members to help them deliver their best work every single day and coach on a variety of people issues.
  • HR Guidance & Support : Offer HR guidance and support in performance management, employee relations, development and coaching, and organizational development.

Assist with performance concerns, conduct issues, and disciplinary actions.

Team & Manager Development : Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.

Monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

  • Problem Solving : Solve problems and identify root causes of issues. Design and implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even beyond people and organizational solutions.
  • HR Integration : Partner with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Operations teams to implement solutions and help scale the business.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Experience :
  • 3+ years' relevant experience in an HR role with a focus on employee relations and performance management.
  • Proven experience working with non-exempt employee populations, including call center environments.
  • Experience in coaching manager-level employees on performance management and day-to-day operations.
  • Experience working with leave management, including FMLA, short-term disability, etc.
  • Skills :
  • Able to balance multiple time-sensitive deliverables and effectively prioritize, organize, and manage time.
  • Proven employee relations experience with the ability to manage delicate situations with fairness and appropriate outcomes.
  • Strong client-service focus and ability to build and manage relationships across different levels and functions.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Commitment to excellence and high level of integrity; ability to exercise strict confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Experience thriving in a constantly changing environment.
