Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity to provide dedicated one-on-one support to elementary students with special education needs in a public school setting. The role focuses on fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment to help students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individualized assistance to students with special education needs, ensuring their safety and engagement throughout the school day
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and document observations to inform instructional adjustments
• Assist with classroom management and facilitate munication between students, staff, and families
• Support student participation in both academic and social activities
