Our client is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to help drive efficient and effective procure-to-pay operations. Projects You’ll Work On

  • Oversee supplier onboarding, ensuring registration records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring they meet all internal policy standards.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies by collaborating with Accounts Payable, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and optimize procurement systems, including punchout catalogs and third-party ordering sites, while ensuring data accuracy and system updates.
  • Monitor procurement-related communications and manage assigned actions from the procurement inbox.
  • Track and reconcile Procurement Card transactions, verifying spending accuracy with internal teams.
  • Step in to support the Procurement Operations Coordinator during peak workloads or absences.

What Experience You Should Bring

Required :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 1 year of hands-on procure-to-pay execution.
  • Strong communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with procurement and ERP systems (e.g., Workday, e-Procurement platforms).
  • Procurement certifications (CPSM, CPIM, or similar).
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, project work, or professional development.
