Position Overview :
We are a growing dental laboratory seeking an experienced and dedicated Removable Manager to lead our removable department.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing a team of dental technicians, and ensuring the production of high-quality dentures that meet both client expectations and our rigorous standards of excellence.
This role involves collaboration across departments and the opportunity to drive improvements within the team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Department Management : Oversee all aspects of the removable departments operations, ensuring efficient workflow and top-quality product output.
- Team Supervision : Lead, mentor, and train a team of dental technicians, conducting performance evaluations and fostering skill development.
- Quality Control : Establish and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
- Production Planning : Develop and manage production schedules to meet client deadlines while optimizing resource allocation.
- Client Interaction : Work closely with the Clinical Liaison and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
- Technical Expertise : Provide technical guidance and problem-solving solutions for complex cases, ensuring the highest accuracy and precision in denture fabrication.
- Inventory Management : Manage inventory levels of materials and supplies, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely procurement.
- Process Improvement : Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Compliance : Ensure the department complies with all regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Certification : Certified Dental Technician (CDT) is highly preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental technology, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Skills :
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dental laboratory software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
