Description

The Global Employee Experience Specialist will lead and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.

This role will support various programs and activities aimed at improving employee satisfaction, collaboration, and overall connection across the organization.

The Specialist will work closely with regional leads and local office managers to ensure the successful execution of engagement initiatives.

Additionally, this role will support team-building efforts across the company.

Your day-to-day :

  • Engagement Programs : Lead global employee experience programs and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Communication : Develop and execute communications to promote engagement initiatives, highlight successes, and encourage participation.
  • Event Coordination : Plan and execute global, regional, and local events that foster employee connection, engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with regional leads, local office managers, and champions to ensure the successful implementation and promotion of engagement activities.
  • Proactive Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and key stakeholders to promote employee experience initiatives.
  • Teambuilding Support : Provide guidance by working with people leaders to create meaningful team experiences.
  • Reporting : Monitor and report on key engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • This is a remote opportunity with some travel required at times

What you bring to the team :

  • Experience in employee engagement or related fields, with a proven track record of implementing successful programs and events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with engagement tools or platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, proactive relationship building and initiative-taking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate global time zones and event schedules.

This role may be eligible for variable pay and / or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes flexible time off, a robust well-being program that provides for 4 global wellbeing days per year, and a 3-week work from anywhere option.

Base Pay Ranges :

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area :

Base Pay Range : 73,425.00 - 107,690.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska :

Base Pay Range : 57,975.00 - 85,030.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above :

Base Pay Range : 53,100.00 - 77,880.00 USD
