Senior Product Manager Summary :

As a Senior Product Manager for Delinea Platform Identity, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic vision for our platform's identity services.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the development of innovative identity-related features and services on top of the Delinea Platform.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of identity and access management, platform architecture, and has a proven track record of successfully launching and optimizing identity solutions.

This position role is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in Seattle, WA.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for the platform's identity, aligning it with overall company goals.
  • Collaborate with customers as well as external / internal stakeholders to understand customers’ needs to define and validate product requirements.
  • Drive the development of robust identity lifecycle management capabilities.
  • Ensure platform's identity capabilities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Work with the broader product management team to maintain both short-term and long-term roadmap in an agile fashion and to craft user stories within product backlog.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features.

What You’ll Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on identity and access management, security, or related areas.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management principles, protocols, and technologies.
  • Track record of successfully bringing identity-related solutions or features to market.
  • Experience in building SaaS applications / platforms.
  • Working knowledge of public cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements related to identity management.
  • Experience in Active Directory, Federation, Multi-factor authentication is a huge plus.
  • Pragmatic Marketing / Scrum Product Owner Certifications is a plus.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation skills; and a curious attitude with a desire to collaborate with a team of first-rate engineers, designers, and other Product Managers.
