Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay : $1,400 - $2,000
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Bonus Pay

• Sign-On Bonus : $2,500
• Uncapped bonus programs Quarterly / Annual Safety Bonus - This is based on overall financial performance and driver safety
• $100Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus
• Unlimited $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (paid out at 30 days and 90 days)

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Weekly
• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6am - 3pm delivery start times, drivers will usually have 2-3 nights of hometime per week
• Operating Area : PA, NJ, WV, MD, VA, NY, MA, CT, OH
• Parking Location : Mt. Joy, PA
• Driver Activity : Live unload and strapping required

Equipment

• Late model automatic Freightliner / International / Volvo with Sleepers
• 53 trailers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A commercial driving experience in a similar type / size vehicle with safe driving record.
• Must have CDL A license from your state of residence
• Must haveHazmat Endorsement
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• No DUIs / Careless / Reckless convictions in the past 5 years. No more than 2 in 5 years.
• Hiring Radius : Drivers must live within 65miles of Mount Joy, PAor be willing to relocate for this position
