Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines
Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to improve patient experience
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED is required
Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
Effective interpersonal skills in a diverse team environment
