Source and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful staffing solutions and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities : Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain great relationships with client facilities
• Primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs.
• Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Independently negotiate contracts, bill rates and the qualification process.
• Communicate facility expectations internally, ensuring systems reflect those expectations.
• Act as liaison between the facility and the company; including ongoing follow-up and communication
• Partner with Recruiters to secure qualified candidates for client positions.
• Assist in resolving personal and professional issues regarding facility and Traveler

Requirements : Qualifications

Education : Bachelor Degree
