About The Position
Job Title : MRI Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology - Outpatient MRI Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : Full-time Experience : Minimum of 2 years within the specialty License : ARRT - MRI Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) required Must-Have : Ability to work specific major and minor holidays Job Description : Perform MRI examinations and procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging sessions.- Maintain and operate MRI equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze imaging results.- Uphold standards of quality and accuracy in imaging while adhering to best practices.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with patients and healthcare team members.- Must be willing to work two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve).
- Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in MRI technology and techniques.
