- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred. B. Experience
- Required 3 years of RN experience in Medical Surgical C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
- BLS required
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- Current PALS certification at time of hire or within 12 weeks of hire for experienced RNs
- Current ACLS certification at time of hire or within 12 weeks of hire for experienced RNs
- Current TNCC and ENPC certification within 12 months of hire for experienced RNs
- Moderate Sedation within 3 months of hire for experienced RNs
- Current de-escalation training or completion within 90 days of employment with annual recertification
- Arrhythmia recognition within 8 weeks of hire
