Machine Operator
We are looking for a hardworking Machine Operator / Line Operator to work with an established manufacturer in Neenah, WI.
The primary responsibilities will be to operate the line with a proper plan for each scheduled job, help ensure quality control and ensure a safe work environment.
Must have a high level of committment and interested in learning and growing with the organization. CNC operation experience is preferred ... Willing to train!!

What will you be doing?
- Help ensure the production of quality product
- Help maximize the line output,
- Read and interpret drawings, reports and instructions
- Ensure the machines are running efficiently
- Ensure needed materials are available for each run
- Perform basic machine trouble shooting
- Help ensure a safe work environment
What do you bring?
- 1 + years of experience within a manufacturing environment and basic machine operation
- Positive, can-do attitude with demonstrated good attendance
- Knowledge in working with basic machine operations - training is provided
- Mechanical aptitude
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to learn various machine operations and processes
- Team oriented
