Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday.

Compensation : $25-$35 per hour ( includes hourly, tips and commissions )

• Hourly rate $17 + tips
• 10% Retail Product Commissions
• $10 commission per Mane Squeeze Membership or Blo Tab sold
• $1 for each service upgrade add-on
• Complimentary 30-minute monthly stretch session at SHFT (+25% off additional services)

Responsibilities :

• Perform beautiful blowouts, braids & up-dos, bridal, and hair extension services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades, and membership sign-ups
• Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities
• Work collaboratively and support your teammates
• Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace

Requirements :

• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday, you can also opt-in for Friday hours.
• An up-to-date cosmetology / cosmotologist license for California
• A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great
