Traveling superintendent

We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of a hospital construction project in West Texas. This is an immediate need for a hands-on leader who understands the complexities of healthcare construction and can drive quality, safety, and schedule in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee daily site operations for a hospital construction project
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and healthcare-specific protocols
• Maintain project schedules and quality control
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for project managers and clients
