Role Summary

Join Associated Bank's Trust team as a Trust Senior Business Coordinator, where you'll lead impactful initiatives that enhance business processes, systems, and client experiences. This role combines project leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and ensure regulatory and operational excellence. You'll have the opportunity to grow your expertise in Trust operations and contribute to innovative, compliance-focused solutions.

Key Accountabilities

Manage Trust business line projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.

Partner with management and Trust Company stakeholders to design and implement process and system improvements.

Coordinate system enhancement requests and vendor relationships to support project execution and issue resolution.

Analyze business requirements and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and system configurations.

Support the development of procedures, guides, and training related to new products and system updates.

Advise stakeholders on process integration and change management best practices to optimize business performance.

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Education & Experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

4+ years of financial industry project management or systems experience.

Preferred

6+ years of Trust project management or systems experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management, or other industry-related certifications.
