Hey, we are looking to bring on a stellar Dental Hygienist to join our wonderful new clinic in Beaverton, OR!
We are a rapidly expanding, innovative company that is modernizing the dental industry by focusing on the accessibility of preventative dental care in a fun and approachable environment.
We offer impromptu cleanings and whitening's at the guests’ convenience. Our guests can say goodbye to booking dental cleanings six months in advance and being in a stuffy dental office.
We create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both our hygienists and their clientele. Our hygienists have healthier ergonomics providing only prophy’s and whitening's.
No more x-rays or back-aching SRP’s. Each hygienist has a scribe during appointments to take care of tedious charting and the extra hassle of waiting for the dentist to do an exam has been taken out of the equation.
Our experience is hygienist-led. You, as the lead provider, will be relied on to perform exceptional cleaning and whitening services for each guest!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform dental cleanings and whitening's for our guests
- Conduct oral health assessments and provide preventive dental care
- Educate guests on proper oral hygiene techniques and practices
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Prepare treatment rooms for guests by adhering to prescribed procedures and protocols
- Maintain instrumentation for dental hygiene treatments by sharpening, sterilizing, and selecting instruments
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Work closely with the Support Office to develop, implement and maintain key processes,
playbooks and business initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate or Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Be a Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of OR
- Current CPR certification.
- Proficiency in using dental software and electronic medical records (EMR)
