Compliance & Ethics Analyst

A prominent organization in the energy sector is seeking a Compliance & Ethics Analyst to support the operation of its corporate Compliance and Ethics Program. This role will work closely with the Director of Compliance & Ethics and will focus on policy coordination, training and awareness, and compliance assurance / monitoring activities, while also contributing to other key initiatives across the program.

Location : Downtown Houston

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

On-Site Requirement : 100% on-site

Contract Duration : Indefinite, with the goal to transition to hire

Key Responsibilities

Policy Management

• Maintain corporate policies, standards, and procedures, including document control and tracking
• Provide technical writing support for policy, standard, and procedure creation
• Facilitate the review and approval process for policy-related documents
• Perform quality checks on documents prior to approval and publication
• Support IT enhancements to improve document workflow efficiency
• Contribute to the development, integration, and maintenance of compliance-related policies to ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
