George Kurian, CEOJob SummaryIn the role you will be responsible for forecasting, revenue performance, cadence, insights, and execution of planning activities for their areas and segments.

  • Seen as capability generalists who cover Core Ops Functions for their Sub-Regions including Industry sales teams.o Forecasting, Rev Performance, Business Cadence and Insights to support decision making and strategic planningo Execution of Planning Activitieso Deliver analysis on risk & opportunityo Partner with Global for core metrics and dashboard adoption
  • Improve productivity - Increase time spent engaging with customerso Onboard and enable the field efficiently on solutions and plays that drive successful customer interactions and decrease field time from first day to first dollar
  • Performance Management - Support QBR, MBR, sales performance analysis, Win Loss reports
  • Streamline experience - build and maintain a seamless, end-to-end journey from onboarding to adoptiono Support our field teams in creating a great customer experience throughout the customer lifecycleo Develop best-in-class systems, processes, & information that meet field and business needs Job Requirements
  • 7+ years working in the technology sector, within Sales Operations or similar functions
  • Ideally with experience in two or more of the followingo operating model developmento process improvement and designo business analytics and insights o chief of staff / business operations / cadence management o analyticso insights and business reporting
  • Experience Managing a team Education

USA and Canada Residents Only : The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $133,380-$186,450 .

Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.

In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus / commission, employee stock purchase plan, and / or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
