Technical Writer / SOX Systems Engineer
Plano, TX (In office at least once a week)

Overview :
Create and maintain systems documentation, simulations, online help, presentation decks, and web-based training (WBT).
Responsibilities :
- Capture screen images for courseware using tools like Paint Shop Pro or SnagIt.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate technical documents.
- Self-edit and proof courseware for quality and consistency.
- Submit courseware to department editor for final edits.
- Serve as CTX SOX system engineer for high-risk applications, ensuring accurate data / process flow diagrams and control narratives.
- Maintain the CTX SOX Playbook and automate content updates.
- Create and manage a CTX SOX-focused SharePoint site for documentation and templates.
- Facilitate SOX training sessions in coordination with subject matter experts.
- Implement automated tracking for SOX audit requests.
Requirements :
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and IT control frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, databases, and software applications.
- Familiarity with API design, development, and management.
- Knowledge of technical writing standards, including formatting and version control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Local candidates in Plano, TX only; must report to the office at least once a week.
- Office hours : 8 AM - 5 PM.
