JOB DESCRIPTION :
An Inside Sales Representative is the "face of the company" to our customers. The role is responsible for handling all
customer interactions throughout the various stages of the sales process. This role fulfills customer needs by strategically developing professional relationships, providing quotations, and entering orders.
An Inside Sales Representative addresses any needs and questions that arise between the initial customer inquiry and final product delivery.
This position is a proving ground and the precursor for an Account Manager position within our company.
Responsibilities Include :
- Developing cost-effective and time-sensitive quotations for customers via phone & email
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Conducting a minimum of $1.5M in sales
- Entering customer orders and providing order related paperwork to customers
- Maintaining a high-level of accuracy throughout the sales process 99%+
- Keeping customers current with any products, services, and company developments

QUALIFICATIONS :
- A "hunter" based personality
- Must have "fire in your belly" with a
customer oriented mindset that is willing to go the extra mile
- Experience with industrial sales strongly preferred but not required
- The ability to read, write, and speak English and to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management
- Strong mathematical aptitude
