Salary : $70k-$80k per year
Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional BCBAs for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Fort Mill, South Carolina! This particular role would likely involve providing BCBA services at Carolina Therapeutics Academy and, Carolina Therapeutics' special-need daycare, as well as in our Fort Mill clinic.
Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, provides both in-home and clinic-based speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA Therapy services in and around the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area, as well as within nearby communities in South Carolina, such as Rock Hill and Fort Mill.
BCBAs employed by Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, may provide services in homes, in one of our clinical locations, and / or within our special needs day school located in Rock Hill, SC.
All applicants must have a Masters Degree from an accredited institution and have obtained their BCBA certification.
Responsibilities Include :
- Conducting assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Supervise RBTs providing behavioral therapy and interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills
- Monitoring and tracking patient progress through data collection and analysis
- Collaborating with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
- Providing training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date behavioral documentation and records
Necessary Experience Includes :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminology
