Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments of client insurance needs and provide customized solutions aligned with their unique requirements.
• Policy Presentations : Deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of insurance products.
• Negotiation and Closing : Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to secure deals and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and assistance.

Requirements

• Experience : 5+ years of previous commercial trucking experience is preferred.
• Insurance Licenses : Must possess the necessary insurance licenses.
• Sales Skills : Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, with exceptional prospecting and closing abilities.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
• Self-Motivation : Strong self-motivation and a drive for success, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Tech-Savviness : Proficient in using AMS360 software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
