Real Estate Transaction Specialist

A company is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Specialist responsible for coordinating real estate procedures from site selection through preconstruction.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients' Real Estate teams and internal project teams to expedite the construction development process

Review, reconcile, and process soft costs expenses related to Real Estate and Construction transactions

Coordinate legal clearances, monitor project schedules, and ensure the resolution of conditions required to close Real Estate transactions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience

Masters Degree preferred

7+ years of Real Estate Transactions experience for multi-site restaurant projects

Paralegal experience in a real estate environment preferred

Comprehensive understanding of Title and Surveys preferred
