Sales Business Development Manager - Restoration

Job Duties / Description :

  • Present and sell restoration services to current clients and potential clients
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals
  • Identify and network with new sales prospects.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Attend marketing events
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge industry trends

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, business development
  • Industry selling experience to one of the following : medical / healthcare, education, or multi-family homes
  • Must be a HUNTER
  • Previous experience with a CRM software
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Willingness for significant local travel and working a flexible work schedule - Covering MN, SD, ND, IA, WI

Additional Info :

  • Pay range : 60,000 to 70,000 base + uncapped commission
  • Schedule : M-F 8a-5p
  • Location : Hybrid flexibility - when not traveling, you have the option to work in the office OR work from home!
  • Type : Direct Hire
