Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and Lead Staff : Oversee front-of-house staff, including cashiers, servers, bussers and packers, ensuring they provide exceptional service.
  • Manage Daily Operations : Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Enhance Guest Experience : Ensure a welcoming and organized front-of-house area, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen Staff : Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, optimizing guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor Catering Orders : Manage catering to optimize order preparation, packing and delivery to enhance overall experience.
  • Staff Training and Development : Train and onboard new front-of-house staff, providing ongoing support and feedback.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management : Oversee inventory control, ensuring stock levels are maintained and losses accounted for.
  • Budget Management : Stay within allocated budgets, ensuring timely payment of invoices and accurate employee compensation.
  • Health and Safety Compliance : Implement and enforce health and safety standards in the front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment : Create a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and supports staff development.
  • Handle Customer Issues : Effectively manage customer complaints and feedback to maintain the restaurant's reputation.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement : Analyze service delivery and implement improvements based on customer feedback and operational efficiency.
