A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Retention to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn for their SaaS solutions in the K-12 safety software market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the revenue retention roadmap with measurable goals
Conduct financial modeling and track key retention KPIs to optimize strategies
Collaborate across departments to design proactive engagement and renewal processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in revenue retention or finance in a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of subscription and ARR / MRR metrics in K-12 or public sector
Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience with business intelligence tools
Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing net revenue retention
