AMDEX is looking for a Sr. Training Development and Outreach Specialist who possesses strong instructional design skills and is capable of creating engaging and effective training materials tailored to diverse audiences.
- Create engaging and effective training materials tailored to diverse audiences.
- Utilize various training methodologies, tools, and platforms to facilitate learning and knowledge transfer.
- Excel in outreach efforts, effectively communicating training opportunities and benefits to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted programs is crucial for the success of training and outreach efforts.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs.
- Possess strong instructional design skills.
- Strong project management skills to support training initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Must be adept at evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Attention to detail and a strong ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy are essential.
This position is contingent on contract award.
