Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Influencer outreach - identify and contact 25 potential influencers weekly managed on a spreadsheet.
- Manage influencer payouts.
- Manage influencer relationships - sending out contracts and getting assets back on time.
- Influencer website section management - landing page, working with developers.
- Upload influencer related content to the website.
- Website banner design, uploads, and website maintenance / communication updating.
- Design social media and Facebook group graphics.
- Create product collections and perform weekly site crawls.
- Communicate any website issues to the developer and manage to resolution.
- Basic merchandising (to guidelines - to be checked weekly).
- Build out surveys / questionnaires.
- Conduct market research as necessary and perform weekly site crawls.
- Email designs in Canva (BW sign off).
- Build email copy and design in Klaviyo for specific segments and SMS designs where necessary.
- Design campaigns.
- Campaign production (copy and design) in respective platforms, creating social graphics, images, and videos.
- Schedule content to all platforms.
- Respond to all comments on social media daily, bringing new messages down to zero daily as per SOP.
- Engage and post in the Facebook group, admitting new members daily and keeping the group engaged.
- Change social headers in a timely fashion.
- Upload and publish all blog posts.
- Partner with customer support to identify and understand customer concerns and opportunities, reporting weekly to a defined list of questions.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
