UX Researcher
As UX Research Associate / UX Researcher (Contract), you will be responsible for facilitating of a wide array of user experience research projects through our customer research panel.
This critical role will partner with the UX Research Community Manager in support of the entire enterprise as it seeks to create customer-centric products, solutions, and experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Develop research plans that propose the right methodology for internal clients' needs
- Coordinate responsibilities of any other required resources (legal, recruitment, etc)
- Leverage a diverse set of research methodologies (i.e. surveys, unmoderated and moderated qualitative research like interviews and focus groups, usability testing) to uncover desired learnings
- Play the lead role in all project meetings
Responsibilities :

Leverage a diverse set of research methodologies (i.e. survey, unmoderated and moderated qual) to uncover desired learnings
Manage internal 'clients' by responding to their inquiries and informing them of project status and timing
Play the lead role in all project meetings
Independently query and analyze data to extract research findings
Create results readouts containing detailed findings slides, each with one clear, key message and supporting statements and an executive summary highlighting key findings and offering recommendations back to the team
Demonstrate strong self-management skills and envision solutions for anticipated challenges
Work with other teams to create and iterate concepts on short Agile timelines

Relevant Experience :
2-5+ years of proven success leading user experience (or market) research projects with strong knowledge of research principles & methodology
Demonstrated experience conducting survey, unmoderated qualitative and moderated, 1-on-1 qualitative research
Ability to interpret research findings and convey insights in a way that 'tells the story'
Experience in Agile / SCRUM environment preferred, but not required
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, across multiple business units
Working collectively and autonomously with cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of current experience design principles and trends
Detail-oriented, with highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
High level of experience with recognizing complex business challenges
Advanced proficiency with user experience research tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, AlphaUX, etc.
