The Opportunity
UF Health is hiring a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Oncology to advance cancer care through expert medication management, collaboration with oncologists, and patient-focused support. This role is ideal for pharmacists who are passionate about oncology, evidence-based practice, and academic medicine.
What Youll Do
- Provide specialized pharmacy expertise in oncology (inpatient and / or outpatient).
- Collaborate with oncologists and care teams to design, monitor, and optimize chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens.
- Offer drug information and guidance for supportive care and toxicity management.
- Participate in tumor boards, multidisciplinary rounds, and research initiatives.
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals on oncology therapies.
- Precept pharmacy residents and students in an academic health system.
