We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience PMing in a consulting environment.

Most of our engagements are performed remotely from our offices in Chicago’s loop.
Job Responsibilities
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple stakeholders are assigned to the same project or program to ensure team actions remain collaborative
- Communicating with key stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Requirements
- 2-4 years PM experience in a consulting setting
- Willingness to learn in a rapidly moving environment
- Be results-oriented, able to be accountable for tasks and achieve objectives with minimal guidance
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, including experience with project management tools
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well both individually and within a team
- Comfort in working in a small company atmosphere at a fast pace
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation
