Job Description

Serve as a liaison between the company and support services, as well as account team members, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain work orders in the CMMS.

Manage inspection reports and ensure follow-through.

Assist with process-driven tasks.

Support site closures, sales transactions, and final walkthroughs.

Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and buyers.

Track utility usage and monitor storm events.

Provide direction to vendors and facilities staff.

Ensure minimal disruption during service execution.

Deliver superior, professional service.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Act collaboratively to resolve issues and unique situations.

Seek ways to improve systems, processes, and client satisfaction.

Demonstrate leadership and creativity in problem-solving.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in facilities maintenance and work order software.

Strong communication and organization skills.

Experience with work order management systems.

Budgeting skills.

Commercial real estate experience.

Project management skills.

Superior customer service skills and orientation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

A high school education or an undergraduate degree is preferred.

Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.

Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.

Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with work hours from 8 am to 5 pm. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and from the office on Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00 / hr.
