About the Role

We’re looking for a Shop Coordinator to take the lead in our fast-moving warehouse. You’ll handle the daily truck packs, pull gear for shows, and work with warehouse hands and contract crews to make sure every show is packed, delivered, and restored after.

This hands-on role reports to our Chief Operating Officer and is perfect for someone who loves staying organized, solving logistics puzzles, and working as part of a tight team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Run the shop floor on a daily basis, directing the activities of that day’s crew according to the shop schedule prepared by Logistics Director (and Technical Director)
  • Prep and restore gear for shows
  • Maintain an organized, safe and efficient shop environment; ensuring gear is returned to shelving and monitoring and maintaining shop supplies.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Director  (and Technical Director) in planning for the week ahead
  • Receive deliveries and prepare freight for pickup
  • Fulfill rental orders

  • Position Requirements

  • Gear Knowledge - Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory of gear, where it lives in the shop and what it is used for
  • Physical Fitness - Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on physical tasks daily
  • Forklift certified (or able to obtain certification)
  • Safe & Skilled Driver - Can drive company vehicles, including box trucks
  • Organized – Keeps the shop, gear, and supplies in order, creating an environment where the whole team can work efficiently.
