Salary : $15 / hr plus 20% shift differential

Packer 1 is the entry position on the packaging line and will be responsible to perform job duties as listed below while maintaining safety, quality and communicating concerns to the line Operator.

The Packer 1 is the first line of defense for quality issues and packaging concerns and will work directly on the production line handling products throughout each shift.

As a Packer 1, you will :

• Packing finished bottles into shipper boxes
• Hand capping bottles
• Visually inspect printed codes on bottles and packaging for accuracy and legibility, sometimes in smaller print.
• Determines passable cosmetic quality of product per Innovative Labs AQL standards
• Loading bottles onto the production line
• Stickering boxes
• Building cartons and boxes
• Stacking shipper boxes on pallets
• Cleaning work areas
• Any other duties as assigned by the line Operator or management

• Strong team player.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
