We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Kirkland, Washington. The selected candidate will be part of an industrious team, dedicated to managing a range of accounting tasks.

Your role will involve general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements among others.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee General Ledger accounting tasks for diverse entities
• Conduct monthly bank accounts reconciliation and manage cash accounting entries
• Prepare and compile quarterly and annual financial statements for trusts
• Carry out Quarterly Net Asset Value reconciliations
• Prepare individual personal financial statements
• Develop cash flow projections
• Download supporting schedules for financial statements
• Construct quarterly financial statements
• Maintain rolling cash forecasts for five quarters
• Execute year-end closing entries
• Review and analyze financial records for compliance with accounting principles
• Collaborate with the accounting team to achieve process improvement objectives by fully utilizing Sage Intacct features and enhancements.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000.

• Must possess a strong working knowledge of Bank Reconciliations
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining General Ledger is required
• Experience in creating and updating Journal Entries is essential
• Capable of efficiently handling Month End Close processes
• Expertise in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
• Experience in Trust accounting is considered advantageous
• Ability to Prepare Financial Statements in an accurate and timely manner
• Familiarity with NAV - Net Asset Value is preferred
• Proficiency in preparing Personal Financial Statements
• Ability to develop and interpret Cash Flow Forecasts
• Experience in Year End Closings and the ability to perform them efficiently
• Capability to Analyze Financial Statements and draw insights
• Proven skills in Process Improvement
• Experience with Sage Intacct software is a plus
