Responsibilities

  • Design & Innovate : Lead the design and configuration of electrical control systems for dryers and other equipment.
  • Collaborate & Create : Partner with engineers to optimize control panels and systems, ensuring top-notch performance.
  • Support Customers : Provide technical expertise to help customers achieve their performance goals and enhance their experience.
  • Drive Innovation : Research and develop new technologies to enhance product offerings and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Solve Problems : Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues remotely and on-site, delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering Technology (or related 2-year technical degree).
  • Experience : 2+ years in electrical design, control panels, and power systems. Agricultural experience is a bonus!
  • Skills :

    • Solid understanding of electrical controls, sensors, and system design.

  • Proficient in CAD programs, with a strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
  • Familiarity with smart systems, sensor tech, and motor drives.
  • Physical Ability : Comfort climbing up to 150 ft for troubleshooting on-site.
