Overview

Seasonal : Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, Tech, Inbound (Stocking) (T1441)

Starting hourly rate is $18.25 USD per hour. Pay range is $18.25 USD - $27.40 USD per hour.

Seasonal roles include Specialty Sales, Service & Engagement, and General Merchandise & Food Sales. Seasonal associates provide tailored suggestions, guest-focused service, and operations support to ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

At Target we believe team members gain meaningful experiences and build skills for a career. These roles can provide you with the following :

Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and a guest-first culture across the store
Experience in retail fundamentals : department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
Experience executing daily / weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals

Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

We also expect the following basics :

Accurately handle cash register operations

Ability to climb ladders

Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 40 pounds

Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance
