MAX RATE : $54.04 / hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract)

GENERAL INFORMATION
We are looking for an individual that is familiar with performing Cybersecurity on systems via the implementation of relevant security controls.
Seeking a Cyber Systems Security Engineer who will be responsible for identification and analysis of the cyber-attack surfaces and will implement the relevant cybersecurity controls.
The individual will be responsible for performing cybersecurity maintenance, to include continuous monitoring, security updates, patching, and hardening.
The engineer will also be responsible for providing cybersecurity oversight to our Systems and Software teams and providing the necessary documentation and artifacts to support and maintain any client products.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Providing embedded System Security Engineering design and implementation in all aspects of System Security Engineering (SSE) process in development of Department of Defense (DoD) Weapon Systems
- Assessing and mitigating System Security threats / risks throughout the embedded Weapon System development life cycle
- Validating System Security Engineering requirements decomposition, allocation, and analysis for Test Systems
- Implementing System Security Engineering solutions hardware and software
- Verifying implementation of system security requirements
- Analyzing weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and threats against System Security posture on product designs
REQUIREMENTS :
- Cybersecurity Systems Security
- Systems Analysis & Design
- Familiarity with STIGs and System Hardening
- Familiarity with Cyber tools such as Ansible, SCC, Nessus / ACAS
- Information Security
- Security Systems Analysis and Design Skills
- BS+3 5 YRS or MS+0 3 YRS
DESIRED EXPERIENCE :
- 3 5 Years of Cybersecurity Engineering experience
