Hiring Full-Time Enrichment Activity Leader
Thursday to Monday, 8 : 45 am - 5 : 15 pm
$17.50 / hour
Leading small groups of memory care residents in day-to-day life enrichment programs. Excellent career growth potential for a new college graduate or the perfect opportunity to transition your teaching career into the field of senior living.
Associates Degree required, with course work in social work, psychology, recreation therapy or related field.

Your Typical Responsibilities
- Leading small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in our award winning therapeutic Whole Brain Fitness programs.
- Preparing materials and conducting relevant research to confidently lead engaging memory enrichment activities
- Assisting with Cognitive Assessments, tracking and trending of resident participation and maintaining compliance related documentation
Skills Required for Success
- Confidence leading small groups of seniors or special needs populations in creative and engaging activities
- Proficiency creating in Canva, Power Point or other related software and learning new software
- Creativity, Enthusiasm, Organization, Time Management and Attention to Detail
Our Minimum Requirements
- Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or a related field of study.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends
