Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for the concessions department.
  • Maintain accurate employee schedules, track attendance, and update shift changes as needed.
  • Process payroll-related submissions, timesheets, and staff hours for accuracy.
  • Support inventory management by tracking product usage, logging in POS and inputting information.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and event-related reports to management.
  • Troubleshoot POS system issues and support staff with technical challenges.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and internal communications.
  • Provide event-day administrative support, including staff check-in, credential distribution, and issue resolution.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and other office duties as required.

Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
  • Greets, directs, and responds to guest's questions and needs.
  • Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
  • Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
  • Follows cash handling policies and food safety / sanitation guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of one year leadership experience.
