We have a support team that is dedicated to solving issues and constantly optimizing business activities to support hyper-growth for the company.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager / department.
We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities- Lead the product management efforts for internal collaboration tools within the USDS Enterprise Solutions team, focusing on meeting the specific requirements of internal users for compliance and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to drive the development, enhancement, and optimization of internal collaboration tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and usability.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on the needs and feedback of internal users, ensuring alignment with the team's vision and strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps for internal collaboration tools, taking into account internal user requirements, system integrations, and business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, fostering collaboration and alignment towards common goals.
- Partner with cross-functional partners utilizing Mandarin lanaguge.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on internal collaboration tools or similar internal-facing software solutions.
- Experience developing / launching products / technologies within enterprise-level tooling and platforms.- Strong understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
- Able to read and write in Mandarin and English in order to understand documentation from cross-functional partners as well as drafting documents and holding meetings in Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences for internal stakeholders. Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
