Looking for a certified medical assistant who wants to grow within the company. Candidate MUST have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the clinical field.
This position will be for front and back office. Someone who is a health / fitness conscious individual is a plus +++
Job Duties will include : answering the phone; check- in and check- out; faxing and calling in prescriptions; documenting on patient files;
setting and confirming appointments; vital signs; follow up with pharmacies and patients refills.
Qualified candidate must be :
- able to multi task
- organized
- quick learner
- proficient on Skype / FaceTime
- creative and positive attitude
- proficient with MAC
- proficient in all Microsoft programs
- minimum of 50 wpm
- outgoing and energetic
- able to work independently
- dependable
- must reliable transportation
