Your Role : Maker & Retail Sales Associate

As a Maker / Retail Associate, you'll be both creator and sellermaking our signature products while engaging with customers to drive sales and build lasting relationships. Your energy, creativity, and sales skills will keep the Makery buzzing and customers coming back for more.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, engaging, and recommending products
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals by upselling and cross-selling items
• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and keep them coming back

What You Bring to the Team

Basic computer skills for ringing up sales & tracking inventory

A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer service

Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a busy environment

Retail or sales experience preferred, but we'll train the right person

Schedule & Physical Requirements

Part-time position with flexible scheduling (nights & weekends may be required)

Ability to stand / walk for long periods, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work around fragrances
