Full-Time Employee :
- Salary : $55-65k base salary depending on experience.
- Bonuses : Up to $5k per quarter (up to a total of 20k / year)
- Work Hours : M-Th with half days Fridays
- Benefits : Health care, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days of paid company holidays plus 12 days of flexible PTO.

What You’ll Do :
- Prepare engaging and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individual client sessions.
- Develop goals and objectives for patients and track their progress.
- Complete daily SOAP notes and monthly progress updates.
- Manage appointment calendar.
Where You'll Work :
- Local private schools (within a 6-mile radius of the office).
- Via teletherapy.
- At our therapy center located at 4205 Hillsboro Pike in the heart of Green Hills.
What You Need :
- TN Department of Health Licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is generally required, though a strong clinical fellow will be considered.
- Master’s degree in speech-language pathology.
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation (we use Simple Practice, Zoom, and G Suite).
- Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy laws.
- Attention to detail and accountability when handling important medical information.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
