Are you a dedicated and experienced Nephrology Nurse looking for a rewarding career in home dialysis? Join our team as a Nephrology Home Dialysis Registered Nurse and make a significant impact on the lives of patients in need.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing home dialysis treatments.
- Assess the patient's condition and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about home dialysis procedures and self-care.
- Monitor the patient's vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as an RN.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Dialysis Therapies Registered Nurse.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for providing compassionate care to patients.
